Held July 1st through August 31st, the sufi summer intensive is offered by the Sufi Foundation of America and held at its retreat center in the mountains of New Mexico. For two months workshops are held twice a day, except Tuesdays, using the techniques and methods we learned from our teacher, Sufi Master Adnan Sarhan. He gifted us with a perfect place to go deep into practices that help free the participants from negative habits, behaviors, and conditions. The food served is simple, the air is clean, the community open. Students who studied with Adnan lead the workshops. Tamsin leads the workshops along with other students of Adnan Sarhan over the two months. Classes are held twice a day with time between to rest, socialize, hike and volunteer for the garden, the kitchen and projects around the camp.
